Jaime Hooper
CEO/CO-OWNER,
REAL ESTATE AGENT
Jaime has over 20 years of Property Management experience. She has managed apartment buildings, been a Regional Manager for a large property management company and handled hundreds of single-family rentals. Jaime has seen it all.
Jaime manages her own rental from Georgia to South Caroline, including Commercial property she recently sold.
Jaime got her Accounting Certificate from NW GA Technical College.
McKellar Newsom
CFO/CO-OWNER, BROKER

McKellar is a full-time broker and dynamic real estate investor. She has focused on helping clients buy and sell real estate for their personal homes and to build wealth.
McKellar has expanded her now 38-door portfolio to include multi-family and single-family investments, In 2012, Newsom wrote a year-long monthly blog for the largest real estate investment education site, Bigger Pockets.
McKellar has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Naomi helps us in almost every aspect of running the office. She has years of experience problem-solving, managing details, and dealing creatively with challenging situations.
Naomi has a B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Lexie Morgan
ADMIN ASSISTANT/COLLECTIONS
Our tenants love working with Lexie. She understands the issues tenants face, deals compassionately with their needs, and sees that the money is collected in a timely manner.
Paul Hooper
IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Paul and his dad owned Hooper Construction for many years, until his dad needed to retire. He can handle anything that arises from small jobs to complete turns.
Dan Weaver
IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Dan has years of experience working with clients to resolve maintenance issues. From minor plumbing repairs to getting a rental move-in ready, Dan gets the job done.
Vicki Mays
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Vicky works closely with our tenants to schedule their maintenance work orders. She handles all the details and communicates effectively with tenants, owners, and maintenance personnel.

Zane has worked as IT and Social Media Specialist for many years. He oversees our website and Social Media sites.
